What is your return policy?

You have 25 days from delivery to request a return for the following reasons:

  1. misprinted/damaged/defective item(s)

We cannot accept returns for any other reason than those stated above. If you are unsure about size/color, please reach out to our team via our Contact page with questions before making your purchase.

If you return ship your item(s) without first contacting our customer service, you will not receive a refund.

When will I hear back after submitting a form via the Contact page?

We will do our best to reply within two business days. We are a small team and everyone does a little bit of everything. We appreciate your patience.

When will my order ship?

All products are made to order. This method of product delivery is a more sustainable method as it eliminates waste material, overproduction, and excess inventory but may increase procurement time. Please allow the following business days for your order to ship plus additional days for delivery per the shipping method chosen. 

Long sleeve shirt: 5-7 business days

Hoodie: 5-7 business days

Trail snack sweats: 6-8 business days

Five panel cap: 6-8 business days

Cuffed beanie: 6-8 business days 

What carriers do you ship with?

Based on the delivery address, we will choose the most economic option between USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

What is your shipment time for US Flat Rate and US Express?

US Flat Rate: 3-4 business days

US Express: 1-3 business days

How can you offer free shipping?

If you like our products and want to wear it proudly, we believe that shipping costs should not be the reason to not buy. For this reason, we offer free standard shipping on all orders. We absorb the shipping so that you can get on the trail in that fresh new piece (or don't).

Why is my order being delivered in multiple shipments?

For printing efficiency, we print/embroider our pieces at various print houses around the country. Orders are shipped directly from the print house and for this reason, your order may deliver in multiple shipments.

What size am I?

Please refer to the sizing chart on each product page.

Why do you not offer XS size in some pieces?

We source our apparel blanks from various suppliers. Sadly, many suppliers do not offer an XS size. 

Where do you source your apparel?

Apparel blanks come from around the world with most pieces coming from Central America or Asia.

Why do you not offer any short sleeved shirts?

Because long sleeved shirts are classier.

Why do you not offer any pieces in black?

Because life is more fun with just a little bit of color.

But what if I really want a black shirt?

Then find a boring brand.

Are your products sold at retail?

Not yet. As an emerging brand, we are best kept as a direct online only business.
